OUR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 14 days returns policy. If you’d like to return your artwork, make sure you let us know within this time frame.
We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at latest due to we might be in different time zone).
In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials.
In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, we are holding charge of 50%.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that Vincent Art doesn’t cover return shipping cost. We recommend using delivery service with tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should mail your product in 7 days after receiving the parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives with damaged, we’d work with you to get this resolved. Vincent Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured. In the case if you'll receive damaged product we refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vincent@vincentart.co.uk
REFUNDS
We’ll process your refund or credit once the artwork has been delivered and condition checked by us.
Refunds back to your bank account will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
